A new month has kicked off, and with it comes a fresh lineup of Trials Challenges for ARC Raiders. Week 6 is now active, giving players a full slate of objectives to tackle over the next seven days. These challenges will remain available until Monday, December 8, when a new rotation begins.
Trials offer a weekly set of tasks that reward players with Uncommon, Rare, or Epic packs depending on whether they earn one, two, or three stars. Scores also feed into a community-wide leaderboard. High placements boost a player’s rank at the end of the week, granting even more cosmetic rewards. With ARC Raiders still drawing huge numbers of new players, the Trials system has become a staple activity for both beginners and veterans.

Many of this week’s challenges are straightforward. Hornets and Pops appear across every map, and carriables are easily found during most raids. More difficult tasks include damaging Rocketeers, Leapers, or Bastions. These enemies are some of the toughest in the game, so players aiming for three stars should consider running Night Raids, where enemy density is significantly higher.
Opening ARC Probes is another challenge that might take more effort. Probes spawn randomly, but the Prospecting Probes map modifier can make this objective much easier. During these limited-time raid types, Probe spawns increase, and they can appear on Dam Battlegrounds, Buried City, Blue Gate, and Spaceport.
While Trials provide steady rewards, the community has mixed feelings about the system. Some players argue that the challenges repeat too often. Others feel the leaderboard favors squads instead of solo players, making it difficult to compete without a coordinated group. Calls for an overhaul have appeared in community discussions, though Embark has not publicly addressed the criticism yet.
More Content Arriving This Month
Players who want something fresh beyond weekly Trials won’t have to wait long. According to the ARC Raiders 2025 Roadmap, the Cold Snap update is set to arrive this month. It will introduce a Snowfall map condition, a new event, a new Raider Deck, additional quests, and preparations for the first Expedition departure.
With Week 6 underway and a major update on the horizon, ARC Raiders players have plenty to keep them busy throughout December.
