The Leak: Data-miners discovered strings mentioning "Nintendo" in the latest save files and launcher code.
The Context: Microsoft signed a 10-year deal to bring COD to Nintendo platforms over three years ago, but we haven't seen a release since Call of Duty: Ghosts on the Wii U in 2013.
The Rumor: Insider Jez Corden recently suggested the first Nintendo version (potentially a native Warzone client or a Black Ops 7 port) is "nearly done." A February Direct would be the perfect stage for that "coming soon" trailer.
