FOR AZEROTH! Blizzard is officially kicking off its 35th-anniversary celebration with a four-showcase marathon spread over the next three weeks. Following a teaser-heavy "Next Chapter" trailer, President Johanna Faries has confirmed that 2026 will be the "biggest year yet" for the studio, moving full steam toward the return of BlizzCon in September.
Whether you're waiting for the Void to consume Quel'Thalas or for Talon to finally take the throne, here is your essential viewing guide.

WoW: The Road to Midnight (Jan 29)
The first show is the big one for MMO fans. With the Midnight expansion officially launching on March 2, 2026, this showcase will serve as the final roadmap before the Void descends.
Player Housing: Expect a deep dive into the "Housing Early Access" system. Word is there's a Dark Portal housing decor code being dropped during the stream!
Classic Evolution: Rumors suggest a "Classic Wrath Anniversary" reveal to round out the progression trilogy.
Overwatch: The Reign of Talon (Feb 4)
If you’ve logged into Overwatch 2 recently, you’ve seen the crimson menus and Talon logos. The "Talon Takeover" social media stunt is the lead-up to this spotlight.
Vendetta’s Vengeance: Season 21 (launching Feb 10) is titled "Reign of Talon." It follows the story of the new melee DPS hero, Vendetta, as she reportedly ousts Doomfist to seize control of the organization.
New Hero Tease: Keep an eye out for Emre Sarioglu, whose ties to Talon were recently teased in the Freja comic.
Diablo: 30 Years of Sanctuary (Feb 11)
Closing the marathon is a celebration of three decades of slaying demons.
Lord of Hatred: We’re expecting a deep dive into the next major Diablo IV update (Season 12) and potentially a release window for the next expansion.
Legacy Content: Rumors of a Diablo II: Resurrected content patch or even a small Diablo 1 "remastered" surprise are swirling.
